- Break eggs into flour and pour the yeast mixture into flour and form a dough
- The dough might be too soft, add flour and a little more milk to even the texture.
- Knead dough for about 10 minutes and transfer into a bowl and cover. Allow dough to rise
- Now for the filling: mix brown sugar, soft butter and cinnamon
- Grease your pan with butter.
- When dough has risen, roll it out into a rectangular shape. Make sure it’s not too flat
- Spread filling (you might have extra fillings left. Just put it in a container and refrigerate)
- Start rolling it (just the way you roll your mat). Then cut into circles and arrange in your pan. Leave some gaps between them so they have space to rise
- Cover and put aside for 10-15 minutes to rise again
- Break an egg and wash the top before putting it in the oven to bake for about 20 minutes.
- For the glaze: mix sugar, milk and vanilla. If glaze is too thick, just add more milk
