  3. Add chopped carrot, capsicum and sweetcorn. Stir for two minutes. Add salt, pepper and mixed herbs and mix well.
  4. Add 1/2 cup leftover pasta water. Then add the cooked pasta. Mix everything well and cook over low flame. Turn the flame off.
  5. Then add mayonnaise. Mix well. Sprinkle chilli flakes and serve hot.
