- Put some sunflower oil in a pan.make it hot and when it start chang color add cumin seeds+ger+garlic+green chilli

- Now after roasting them add sliced onion and stir at low flame until it looks properly golden
- Now add okra and cook at low flame.nvr cover the utensil while making okra and taro root
- Now cook for 5 to 6 minutes and then add all the spices but do not add salt
- Always add salt in the end for okra and TARO root.now cook for atleast 12 to 15 minute and add salt in the end
- Now cook for 3 to 4 minutes just to mix well salt with okra
- Yummy healthy okra is ready
