Instructions to make Stuffed Mushrooms:

  1. Clean and boil mushrooms. Remove the stems.and cut stems into small pieces.
  2. Take one Glass bowl. Add curd,Besan, salt, tandoori Masala, garam masala,coriander powder, ger garlic paste. Mix well.
  3. Now take one pan. Add little oil.
  4. Put onions. Saute for one min.
  5. Add capsicum and saute for one min.
  6. Now add chopped stems of mushrooms. And saute.
  7. Into this add one tablespoon of marinated mixture. Mix well and allow it to cool for some time.
  8. By that time put mushrooms in marinated bowl and MARINATE for one hour.
  9. After saute mixture is cooked down and coriander leaves.
  10. Grate little mozeralla cheese.
  11. Add bread cbs into it.
  12. Mix well.
  13. Now stuff this mixture in mushrooms.
  14. Put another pan and add some ghee or butter and place these mushrooms into it. Stuffed part should be down. Let it saute and flip the side.
  15. Now cover for 10 mins and let it cook.
  16. Now mushrooms r fine and serve them with some mint chutney. If u want u can grate some cheese onto it for Garnishing.
