  1. Prepare 11/2 cups all purpose flour
  2. Take 2 cups milk
  3. Take 2 eggs

  7. Get 3 tbs melted margarine

  3. Make a well in the middle of the flour, then add the wet ingredients gradually. Using a hand whisk mix everything together to have a very light batter. If it’s not light enough, you can add more milk.
  4. On a medium heat, heat the pan till it becomes hot. Put a very small amount of margarine and pour some batter, i used a 1/2 a cup to scoop the mixture.
  5. Tilt it till it’s all covered in the pan. Cook for about 1min, by this time it should have a brown colour. Carefully turn it over because it’s very delicate.
  6. Repeat till you are done. I used red plum jam for garnish. ENJOY!!
