- Now take a pan and add chopped onion, tomatoes, garlic pods, sliced ger and green chilli, 10 cashews, butter Add some water onto it.Let it boil.When no water is remain,turn off the gas and let it cook then make a paste.Now heat a pan add 1 teaspoon butter and 1 table spoon whole cumin saute it for 2 minutes.Now add the paste masala fry it until the aroma has come now add 1 teaspoon garam masala and fry it for a minute.
