- Get 1 box Spaghetti
- Prepare 2 cups Rice

- Prepare chicken for yummy Singaporean rice. Pour 2 tbsp oil, add ger garlic paste and fry chicken in it till it changes its color. Add 1/2 cup ketchup, 3 to 4 tbsp soy sauce, 3 to 4 tbsp chilli garlic, 2 tsp chilli flakes, 1tsp salt, cook it till chicken tenders.
- Prepare vegetables. Cut all the vegetables finely, (carrots, capsicum, cauliflower) take 2tbsp oil in a pan and fry all the vegetables in 2 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp salt, 2tbsp soy sauce, and 2 tbsp chilli garlic sauce.
- Prepare spaghetti, boil it in a pan with little oil and salt.
- Prepare boiled rice, boil it in a pan with oil and salt and then strain it’s water.
- Prepare the sauce, by adding Mayonnaise 1/2 kg, chilli garlic sauce 3 to 4 tbsp, soy sauce 2 tbsp and ketchup 5 to 6 tbsp. Mix it well to form it like a sauce.
- Now start dishing it out. You’ve to make layers of all the stuff in a single tray. 1. Put boiled rice at first. 2. Add layer of prepared vegetables. 3. Add a layer of chicken on vegetables. 4. Add boiled spaghetti on the chicken. 5. And at the end our the prepared sauce on it.
- Prepare tarka for the topping. Heat oil in a pan with 2 to 3 green chilli and 7 to 8 cloves of chooped garlic.
- Put tarka on the prepared Singaporean rice dish. And you’re ready to serve.
