- First Boil the spinach and cook for 10 min and strain and keep aside. Once cool down make a purée and keep it ready.
- Mean while wash the rice and dal and soak them while we prepare. In a hot Pressure cooker add ghee, Cumin once splutter add onion sauté well.
- Add ger garlic crushed and sauté till raw smell goes. Then add turmeric powder then add the spinach purée cook for few minutes and garam masala. Then add the rice mix well for while add salt to taste add 3 1/2 cup water Close the cooker and cook for 4 whistle or till soft.
- By the side heat pan add two tbsp ghee add cumin seed,dry chilies and curry leaves and add them to the rice and serve hot garnish with coriander leaves.
