- Here I have used Homemade made carrot halwa 1 small bowl. I made this carrot halwa with left over milk burfee cant used mava (milk reduced)so halwa was prepared in 30 minutes.
- Cut the corner of all breads and roll out bread with rolling pin and put carrot halwa make a (cylinder shap) and roll out the bread with the help of aluminum foil.
- Make all rolls like this and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
- Now make milk rabdi,pour milk in nonstick kadhai and boil it add 2 bread powder (grind) in this mixture cook for 5 minutes now add milk powder (already dissolve in 1/2 cup of lukewarm milk)
- Cook for another 5 minutes and add sugar cook agan turn of the gas.add cardamom powder if you want.cool it in the refrigerator.
- Now remove foil paper on the rolls and cut’s all the rolls as you wish. Now arrange all roll in the plate and pour chilled Milk rubdi on it.garnish with chopped pistachios, and truti - fruity.
