  1. In a mixing bowl, add all chicken,soy sauce, orange juice,salt, garlic paste,vinegar b/p and finely sliced green chilli. Mix well - Allow to marinate for 30 mins.
  2. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan. - Add garlic paste, green chilli b/p,salt,soya sauce and saute for a minute..now add marinated chicken n cook well..after 20mints add vegetables..
  3. To make gravy, add 2 tbsp of corn starch to small bowl, add enough water and mix it to thin paste. - Add this corn starch paste to the chilli chicken and keep the flame in low. - Stir well for few minutes and turn off flame.

  5. In a small saucepan, boil carrots in water about 3 to 5 minutes and drain. - In a pan add oil, garlic paste 1tbs add all vegetabls n cook about 30 seconds. Add soya sauce salt,, eggs, stirring quickly to scrambled eggs with vegetables. Now add rice n cook well..🍚 - 🥰🥰
