- Now add 1 tsp turmeric, 2 tsp each of cumin, red chilli, coriander 1 tbsp garam masala powders, saute.
- Add 3 cups pre-soaked boiled chickpeas, 2 cups diced tomatoes, mix well.
- Add 1 tsp salt, cover cook on low heat for 15 mins, stirring once or twice in between.
- Add 400 ml coconut milk, simmer for 5 mins.
- Take 1 tsp cornflour, add 2 tbsp water, mix into a smooth slurry.
- Add the ready slurry into the chickpea masala, mix simmer for 5 mins.
- Turn off the heat sprinkle 2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander, serve hot.
