- Heat butter in a vessel add marinated chicken cook on medium flame till chicken is roasted well and oil oozes out
- Once oil comes out increase heat and roast piece further till they brown from all sides
- Now add the onion tomato masala paste mix well add water to adjust consistency boil well then cover and simmer 5 minutes
- Then add fresh cream sugar kasoori methi and food colouring mix well boil and simmer 3 to 4 minutes
