  4. Sprinkle Panko cbs over, then parmesan cheese to cover the layer.
  5. Layer the rest of the sour cream mixture in top.
  6. Sprinkle another layer of parmesan cheese, then top with Panko cbs.
  7. Cover with tin foil and bake 40 min.
  8. Remove tin foil and bake additional 10 minutes.
