  1. Prepare 4 cups basmathi rice
  2. Get 5 cups water
  3. Make ready 4 tblsp of pure ghee

  6. Prepare Garlic ger paste 2 tblsp
  7. Make ready Cinnamon stick 1
  8. Get 1-2 Star anise

  1. Heat ghee in pan/pot. Roast cashew raisin in ghee (Keep aside for later). Add onion,star anise,cinnamon. Fry until onion turn in golden brown
  2. Add garlic ger paste, tomato. Stir and cook untill the oil breaks
  3. Add salt washed clean basmathi rice. Add roasted cashew nut raisin. Stir Mix well. Add 5 cups of water. Transfer the rice mix into electric cooker.
