- Heat a heavy iron griddle or a non stick dosa pan. Pour a ladleful of the batter in the centre and spread it in a clockwise motion. Drizzle ghee on the edges of the dosa and a little on top of it. On a medium high heat, cook it until crisp.
- Make all in the same way and store the leftover batter in the refrigerator for later use. Serve this ghee dosa with coconut tamarind chutney and aaloo masala sabzi.
