- Heat a pan, roast the coriander seeds,fennel seeds,cumin seeds,black pepper,fenugreek seeds,chillies,garlic cloves in moderate flame untill they become aromatic.
- Transfer it to a mixture grinder, add tamarind paste and water(if required), make a smooth paste of it and keep it aside.
- In a pan heat ghee, roast paneer untill golden and remove it.
- In the same pan add onions- saute for 3-4mins untill translucent in low heat.
- Now in it add the masala paste, curd and salt as per taste.
- Finally add paneer and give it a quick mix. do not overcook the paneer.
- Serve it hot with naan.
