- Fry the onions in a little olive oil add salt and black pepper
- Then add the sweet pepper to the onions

- Start to make whatever you want to go with the chicken. Im cooking small potato bites in the oven spray olive oil on them.

- Add the onions and peppers to the chicken and heat up and serve with veg. Cauliflour i wanted broccoli but i had none.
