  1. In pan heat oil add ghee and oil.after add onion.saute it till golden brown
  2. Then add cardamom and cinnamon, curry leaves
  3. After add ger garlic paste.and then add chopped tomatoes
  4. After add chilli powder,garam masala mix it well.and then add curd.
  5. Cook for 2 min.add coconut milk and water.add Coriander leaves and salt.boil it for 3 min.
  6. After add rice and coconut paste.add garam masala.cook it for 2 whistles.
  7. Spicy yummy ghee coconut rice is ready
