  2. In a cooking pot add 3 tablespoon ghee and add whole spice in medium heat
  3. And then add rice and sauté well
  4. After 5 to 8 minutes add water and required salt close the lid and keep it on medium low heat
  5. And let the rice cook
  6. In between check whether the water is absorbed
  7. Once the water is absorbed add fried big onions, roasted cashews and raisins and add remaining ghee and close the lid for 8 to 10 minutes in very low heat
  8. Now the rice is ready to serve
