- Take a pan and add 1 litre water in it. Add tea leaves, cardamon and cinnamon and dates.
- Leave the pan overnight. Now add salt and baking soda.
- Boil it for half hour. The colour changes into pink. After half an hour add water in it and again boil for 15 minutes on medium flame.
- Now kawa for tea is ready. Now take a big vessel and add kawa (tea water) and milk.
- Now add ger and sugar in it. Boil it.
- Kashmiri Tea is ready. (We can use this kawa later on for 2 days, it doesn’t spoiled and make the tea in parts also)
