  6. Do not cover the pot and allow to boil for 3 minutes while stiring occasionally. Then add the fish back
  7. Sprinkle the ugu leaves on and leave to cook for 30secs without stirring.
  8. Then after 30secs, stir gently to mix without scattering the fish
  9. Taste for salt and seasoning and set down after minute
