  4. Dump flour back onto a floured board or pastry mat. Form disk and wrap in plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours
  5. Remove from refrigerator and roll out on floured pastry mat. Use as desired
  6. Make sure to brush an egg wash over dough before baking.
