- First boil jackfruit and fry them after then keep a pan saute gram flour keep aside and same pan add refined oil and add ger garlic onion green chilli and cinnamon stick paste saute well when paste are ready add some garam masala turmeric powder chilli powder salt to taste and cook well when masala are ready add tomato and put lid after 5 min add jackfruit
- When mix jackfruit mix gram flour and cook well after cook jackfruit add water for you want
- When jackfruit add water rest for 10 min when oil in increas veg jackfruit are ready. and garnish for coriander ready to eat as you want parathe rice and roti.
