- Prepare 1 cup dosa rice

- Soak rice for 1/2 an hour in hot water.

- Grind smoothly ripe jackfruit, Jaggery, coconut, salt and rice without adding water. (if required add less than 1/2 cup of water)
- Transfer the batter into a vessel.
- Heat tava.
- Pour ladleful of batter and spread thinly.
- Cover and cook for 2 minutes in medium flame.
- Open the lid, sprinkle coconut oil, flip and cook for a minute, remove and serve in hot with honey or Jaggery syrup.
