- Wash jackfruit pieces. Heat 4-5 tbsp oil in frying pan. Fry jackfruit until golden pink. Take largely chopped onions and tomatoes in a mixer jar. Add all whole spices and ger garlic and grind to a smooth paste.
- Add Remaining oil in a pan in a pressure cooker along with the fried. Add in cumin seeds and asafoetida. Add turmeric too. Mix well. Add chopped onions and saute until golden brown. Add in ground paste.
- Saute until oil is separated. Add in red chilli powder and coriander powder. Add kitchen king masala and saute for just a minute.
