- Wash french beans and cut into length wise. Once it is done. Keep aside. Roast in slow flame 1 tbsp seasame seeds, 2 whole red chillies, 1 tbsp cumin seeds, 1 tbsp coriander seeds and grated coconut. Once it is done. Cool it and keep aside. Then grind it into a fine paste.
- Heat oil in a kadai. Fry 1 tsp mustard seeds and few curry leaves for few minutes. Then add 1 chopped onion add a pinch of salt so that the onion cook fast. Then Add per boiled beans, 1/2 tsp haldi powder and the grind masala. Fry for 3 minutes till the raw smell of masala goes off. Check if you need salt then you can add salt. Because while frying onion I added a pinch of salt.
