- Add finely chopped onions and ger-garlic paste. saute till it turns golden brown.

- Further, add chilli powder, turmeric, coriander powder, cumin powder, aamchur powder, garam masala and salt. saute for a minute.
- Further, give a good mix. and check the seasonings.
- Blend the mixture and make a paste.
- Add the paste and 1/2 cup water.
- Then add the chickpeas and cook for 5 minutes.
- Mix well and garnish coriander leaves.
- Finally, serve with bhatura.
