  2. Prepare 1 medium sized onion finely chopped

  1. Wash and clean mushrooms, take a deep pan put it on a medium flame. Add butter and 1tbsp oil to the pan.
  2. Add chopped onion, saute it for 3-4 minutes add chopped garlic and mushrooms together fry for 3-4 minutes properly, and add salt.
  3. Now close the lid and let it cook on a low flame until mushrooms get tender(it took jus 10 minutes for me).
  4. Now open the lid, add chili powder, soya sauce, red chilli sauce, vinegar, give everything a good mix. Lastly add coriander chopped.
  5. Now your delicious easy garlic mushrooms are ready to serve.
