  1. Heat oil add onion. Fry 2-3 mins then add mushrooms and cabbage. Fry it 4-5 mins. Mushroom release water, add tomatoes salt, pepper, others spices here. Cook high flame to absorbed water. Make a even layer of mushroom masala to your pan.
  2. Beat 3 eggs with milk in another bowl. You can add little salt to egg while beating. Then you have to adjust salt to your mushroom. Now add beaten eggs on mushroom evenly and cook it medium to low heat with lid.
  3. When eggs 70 percent set, add cheese on top and cook with lid untill cheese melt and eggs sets completely.
  4. Flip over and serve it. I love this with my regular bun bread and salad.
