- Prepare 2 tsp cooking oil (I used coconut)

Steps to make Frittata:
- Preheat broiler to low heat.
- Heat oil in an oven-proof pan. Cook vegetables on stove over medium heat.
- Whisk eggs, cream/milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and parsley flakes. Add mixture to pan.
- Make sure vegetables are evenly distributed in eggs but after that don’t touch it and let it cook over medium heat until eggs start to settle.
- When eggs are starting to visibly be cooked on top (forming a solid top coat) but still a little runny, add cheese and let it cook another minute.
- Add bread cbs and put in broiler for 5 minutes or until top starts to brown.
- Remove pan from oven and let sit for a couple minutes before taking frittata out of the pan.
