  4. Put the mixture in a thermos or a cooking basket. Let it rest for 8 hrs or overnight.
  5. Remove it at this point it’s thick.Put it in a bowl and beat with a whisk or fork.
  6. Add the sugar and essence at this point. Beat just abit to incorporate the ingredients with the yogurt….
  7. You can refrigerate or take it like that..Enjoy
