- Add 2 tsp oil in a pan and add Saunf and Kalonji. When it starts crackling add sliced green chilli.
- Add amla and Jaggery powder and saute for few minutes on low flame.
- Add the spices - haldi, lal mirch, jeera powder and salt and mix. Cover and cook on a low flame for 5-7 minutes or till the gravy thickens.
- Wait for the dish to cool down completely, and then store in a jar.
