- For potatoes masala: boil potatoes and mash them and set aside. Grind ger,garlic and green chilli and make a paste
- In a pan ads 2 tbsp of oil add zeera and cook for 1 minute ok low flame. Add the ger garlic and chilli paste and cook till it combines.
- On low flame add haldi,zeera powder, red chilli powder and salt or is ko bhoon lain.
- After that add mashed potatoes and combine it very well. At the end add garam masala and coriander mix and set aside.
- After it cools down make small kababs.
- For baisan mixture: in a bowl add baisan, rice flour, salt,haldi,red chilli powder, ajwain,baking soda and mix. Add water little by little and whisk it until it becomes semi thick.
- In a big pan add oil for frying. Get your potatoes kababs and coat it in baisan mixture and fry it on medium flames until it get golden brown.
