- Mix all the ingredients of covering and make a medium dough with the help of water and cover it with a samp cloth and keep it aside for rest
- Take a pan heat oil and fry onions for 3-4 minutes add shredded veggies and sauté for 5 minutes. Add ger garlic paste. Saute for 2-3 minutes.Add all the sauces and mix well. Add salt and pepper powder cook for 5 minutes. Chow mein is ready
- Now knead the dough well and take a small portion. Roll it with a rolling pin and make a small round chapati. Put the chow mein filling in the center and cover it with the chapati and make a potli
- Make all the potlis by repeating the same process and fry them in hot oil on medium flame until they get golden brown colour. Your chow mein potlis are ready to eat. Serve them hot tomato sauce and green chutney
