- Boil Noodles: - Cook the chow mien noodles according to manufacturer’s direction. After boiled the noodle wash it with cool water and add sesame oil.
- Chow mein Sauce: - In bowl,add oyster sauce,soy sauce,black pepper powder,white pepper powder,Chilli sauce,Worcestershire sauce,red chilli flakes, vinegar and mix well.Chow Mein sauce is ready.
- Chicken Marination: - In a bowl add chicken, oyster sauce soy sauce black pepper,white pepper powder and mix well.Set it aside to marinate.
- In a Hot wok add cold sesame oil and saute the chicken till chicken tender.
- In a fry pan add garlic and all vegetable( except green onions_ and stir fry for a min.then add in a chicken and mix well for 2-3 mins.
- Add the noodles in. Season with chow main sauce, salt,green onion and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes on high flame.
- Remove from heat and serve immediately.
