- Make ready 1 tsp jeera powder
- Make ready 1/2 tsp garam masala
- Make ready 3 tsp finely chopped coriander

- Take 2 cups Coriander leaves
- Take 1 onion
- Get 2 green chliilies
- Take 1 Juice of lemon
- Make ready to taste Salt

- Boil chana dal and strain it. There should be no water. Add salt as per taste, red chilli powder, amchur powder, jeera powder and garam masala. Add finely chopped coriander. Keep this mixture ready for stuffing.
- Boil the potatoes and cool it properly. Then grate it and keep aside. Grind 5 slices of bread and make breadcbs. Add this to potato.Add salt and mix everything well.
- Take some dough of potato mixture and flatten it slightly and add chana dal in it and cover it and make a ball. Then apply bread cbs and put it in a mould and give shape.
- In a kadhai take oil and let it become hot. Then fry these hearts in oil on medium flame. Fry well till u get a nice golden colour.
- Remove on tissue. Serve with spicy chutney and garnish with some coriander leaves.
- Chutney is made using 2 cups coriander, 1 onion, 2 green chillies. Grind everything together and add lemon juice and salt as per taste.
