  3. Pour hot water and add spices (thyme, curry, seasoning) add in vegetable of your choice (I used bitterleaf). And allow to boil
  4. Reduce heat, Add couscous and stir and cover for awhile. Open and stir again if it’s soft then u are done. If it’s still strong add little hot water.. off stove and allow to steam. Done!!
