- In a pan take 2 tsp oil,add mustard seeds,curry leaves and dry red chilli.now add chopped onion,saute it for 2-3 minutes. Now add peas and tomatoes.Cook for 3-4 minutes. Now add roasted cumin powder,garam masala powder and salt. Mix all ingredients well.Now add cooked couscous.Add lemon juice. Mix all ingredients well. Turn off teh gas.Garnish with coriander leaves.
