  1. Drain the chickpeas from canned brine. And add to a bowl. With a potato masher, mash the chickpeas.

Once all moisture has been drained, add to this 1/2 cup of plain double cream yoghurt, a drizzle of olive oil, a drizzle of garlic infused olive oil, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Stir to combine.
