- In a pan heat up coconut oil, add mustard seeds, asafoetida, chana and urad dal, fry for 30 seconds then add green chillies and curry leaves.
- After half a minute add boiled tapioca, Cook until everything is mixed well. Add grated coconut and lemon juice just before switching off the flame.
