  7. Prepare 1 tsp Garam masala

  1. Boil the potatoes till cooked. Make sure they are firm and not mushy.
  2. Take a pan and add some oil to it, roast the cumin seeds, green chilies paste in it then add the blanched kale and peas to it.
  3. Cook till the mixture becomes a little dry and then blend it in a blender along with some green coriander leaves.
  4. Mix the blended mixture with the mashed potatoes, breadcbs and some roasted gram flour, dried mango powder, green chilies and salt to it.
  5. Now add the breadcbs to the potatoes and kale paste.
  6. Make ball of the mixture and flatten them to shallow fry till cooked golden on both sides. Serve hot with green chutney or sauce.
