- Get 1/4 tsp turmeric powder

- Prepare 1 tsp lemon juice
- Take as required Coriander leaves and cherry tomatoes for garnish

- Firstly properly washed the kale and spinach leaves in water. Than blanch the kale and Spinach leaves and green chillies. Grind into a fine paste.
- Heat oil / ghee in the pan Add bay leaf and cumin seeds, cinnamon stick,clove,green cardamom saute.
- Add chopped onion, chopped green chilli, chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and garam masala. Saute on low flame.
- Add green peas. Cook then add kale spinach paste and salt. Stir cook for 3 to 5 minutes till oil separates.
- Now add cooked rice and sauté it add lemon juice mix properly then Cover and cook for 2 minutes on lowest flame. Green spinach peas Pulav is ready.garnish with coriander leaves and cherry tomatoes optional.
