- Wash the Kale chane and soak them in water overnight. Drain the water and transfer the chickpeas into a pressure cooker add 2 water with salt after pressure cooker gives one whistles turn the flame to low and cook for 10 minutes.
- Take a pan heat oil add cumin seeds 2 minutes saute. Add onion and fry it.
- Add ger garlic paste mix well. add green chilli and add tomato mix well.
- Add red chilli Powder, turmeric powder., coriander powder salt. Chaat masala powder. Mix well. 2 minutes Cook good well.
- Now add chickpeas and add some water according to your desires. And cover lid. Ready to serve garnish for Coriander leaves.
