The ingredients needed to make Coated beans:

  1. Take 2 cups cooked beans
  2. Take 4 beaten eggs
  3. Get Sauce
  4. Get 2/3 cup flour
  5. Prepare Bread cbs and cornflakes (mixed)
  6. Take 4 Seasoning cubes

Instructions to make Coated beans:

  1. Mash your cooked beans with a whisker, add in your sauce and mix. Add flour and mix also.
  2. In your eggs add curry, onions, 2 seasoning cubes(you will c i wrote 4 seasoning cubes in ingradients section, i used 2 in eggs and the remaining 2 after adding my sauce in the beans i realized that its not enough so i added it in it) and beat.
  3. Oil your palm and cut out your desired amount of mixed beans, mold into balls.
  4. Deep the molded balls into egg, remove and coat it in your mixed cornflakes bread cbs.
  5. Remove it and place on a tray. After you finish, you then use the back of your serving spoon and flatten it.
  6. Brush tha top of it with your remaining egg(you can use brush but in my own case, i used spoon) and spread bread cbs mixture on it.
  7. Done and ready for frying.
  8. And this is how it looks after frying…………!!!!
