The dimples will help the oil sink into the dough. I like adding more salt, pepper and minced garlic on top
- Let it rest for about 20 minutes as the oven heats up to 225 degrees Celsius. Bake for 15 minutes and remove from oven. Remember to cover the top halfway through to prevent garlic and herbs from burning. The focaccia is crispy on the outside, so be careful when you cut it! Enjoy!
