- First of all take dough ingredients….mix egg, oil, yeast in warm milk….beat well and leave for 5 minutes…or until frothy
- Now mix all purpose flour, oregano and salt…..then knead with warm milk mixture….knead well and grease bowl with oil…leave for 30 minutes at least…. until double in size…
- Meanwhile boiled potatoes….peel and mashed into smooth texture…..then add all the ingredients for it…mix well altogether….
- Now on working surface take dough while double in size…punch it and make rectangular roti with rolling pin….1 cm thick…12 into 24 to 28 inches
- Now spread potatoes filling on it…and cut into strips of 2 inches with the help of pizza cutter…roll each strip into like cinnamon rolls….
- Take cupcakes pan or simple one…grease it….bake these rolls in preheated oven on 250 degree for 20 to 25 minutes…or until done…
