- In 1/2cup milk add vinegar and keep aside for 5min.in mixing bowl add wheat flour, all-purpose flour,sugar,salt,2sp melted butter/ghee mix it up well then add vinegar milk mix and knead soft dough keep covered for 15min.
- In a bowl add 2sp brown sugar,butter1,1/2sp, cinnamon powder and mix it well.
- Take dough knead to smooth soft dough then roll in rectangular shape spread butter cinnamon mix evenly and fold till half then overlap the other half(see pic).
- Cut into equal pieces and give braided shaped,heart shaped or any other shape of ur choice.
- Pre heat kadai (10min)with stand and layer of salt and plate keep the rolls and bake for 25,30min.take out drizzle some sugar powder and serve.
