Instructions to make Creamy Panneer Tikka Masala:

  1. Cut the paneer in cubes for marrinate
  2. In a bowl mix curd, turmeric,red pepper,salt, ger garlic paste and coriander. Mix well and add paneer cubes.coat these cubes well. Keep in fridge for 20 minutes.
  3. After 20 minutes take a non-stick pan or tawa, heat some butter and place marrinate paneer cubes.Toss them till it turns golden both sides.(you can also add capsicum and onion cubes for marinate,)
  4. Now take another pan., heat 1 tbsp oil or butter.Add a bay leaf and jeera.
  5. Now add chopped onion, fry pink colour then add ger garlic paste and fry till raw smell goes off.add turmeric powder, coriander powder jeera powder and red chilli powder.Fry well.
  6. Add tomato puree, cook till it bes to leave the sides of pan. Add 1 tbsp roasted besan.stir well.add 3/4 cup water.cook for few minutes.
  7. Now add garam masala, kasuri methi,salt and sugar.Mix well.
  8. Add paneer tikka in this gravy.,mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes on low flame.,then add cream for rich taste.Mix well.
