  3. Now divide this dough in equal ball size portions. Now grease your hands with oil and make Tikkis out of ball size portions
  4. Heat heavy bottom tawa on high flame - Grease the tawa, when it’s done place the Tikkis on the tawa and shallow fry them till golden brown from both the sides on low flame… - Now Tikkis are ready
  5. We can these tikkis with any time of dip, here we will assemble the chaat - Will serve these Tikkis with curd, coriander chutney, tamarind chutney, tanatan bhujia, anaardaana and chaat masala…
