  11. Get 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  12. Prepare 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  13. Get 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  14. Prepare 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  15. Take 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
  16. Take to taste Salt
  17. Prepare 2 tbsp butter

Steps to make Veg Empanadas:

  1. Melt the butter and fry onions and capsicum.
  2. Add ger garlic green chilli paste and boiled vegetables..
  3. Fry for 2 minutes and tomatoes, and all masala powder and mix well.
  4. For dough:- Cream the butter with the paneer until well blended.
  5. Add flour and knead to a soft dough.
  6. Wrap aluminium foil and refrigerate for few hours.
  7. Roll out the dough out into large circles.
  8. Place the filling on one half of the round.
  9. Fold into half moon shapes. Seal edges and crinkle them.
  10. Bake in a moderate oven for 15-20 minutes.
  11. Serve hot with ketchp.
